• Managed a portfolio of annual budgets totalling £3m

• Developed and oversaw producing, programming, audience development and talent development strategies

• Built extensive local and national networks within the sector and with external partners

• Made work that was critically acclaimed and broke existing box office records

• Booked and managed a programme of 400+ performances/events per year, with audiences reaching over 40,000 per year pre-pandemic
